Bids should be submitted via e-mail or hard copy to Lois Tyler, Board Secretary, by 12:00 noon. On Thursday, September 12, 2024. Lois Tyler, ltyler@wc.k12.ia.us, West Central Schools, 305 Pember St, P.O. Box 54, Maynard, IA 50655
Bids submitted will be final, and the Board reserves the right to refuse or reject any and all bids. The Board will review all bids at the regular meeting on Monday, September 16, 2024. Bidders may attend the public meeting but do NOT need to attend. Submit bids in whole-dollar increments, please. Bidders will be notified on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Understand that all items are sold with no warranty or guarantee. Items can be picked up weekdays 7am-4pm. Payment for items must be received and items removed from the district by Monday, September 30th, 2024. Items remaining after that date will be offered to the next highest bidder.
